*please have proof of vaccination and booster to attend class in person, for the safety of all
We will do short flow combos to get warm, stretch and strengthen, and go over level changes, simple floor work plus a couple sword basics in preparation for the upcoming sword choreography series…
If you do not have a sword NO PROBLEM, you will still get to dance, stretch, strengthen and come away with ideas to practice balancing, and great moves.
$20 suggested – class cards will be honored
