Friday 8/12 7pm at The Catalyst 926 N Yosemite, Stockton, CA: open floor while Tim Bolling, Faisal Zedan, Gregory Masaki-Jenkins and Dan Cantrell play music.
Saturday 8/13 at Anderson Hall, University of Pacific: 840 Atchley Way, Stockton, CA ~ music classes in am will be on the lawn, in the afternoon in President’s Room ~ dance classes will be held in Regents Dining Room – spaces will be well ventilated with air conditioning). Evening hafla from 7-10pm outside.
Please join us for two haflas and a day of learning. The all-day ticket is $100 and with it you can attend any workshops and the hafla in the evening.
Live Musicality for Dancers with Dan Cantrell & Elizabeth Strong 10am-12pm on Saturday August 13th:
Learn tips and tricks for hearing and engaging with live music. Practice improvisation to live music in a supportive environment. This workshop is suitable for all levels of dance.
